Peanut butter banana overnight oats

  • 100 mL plant-based milk
  • 50 gram oats
  • 10 gram chia seeds
  • ½ ripe banana
  • 1 tsp peanut butter
  • ½ tsp cinnamon


  • Add ½ ripe banana to a jar and mash it. Now add in the oats, chia seeds, plant-based milk, cinnamon and peanut butter and stir well. Leave this in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight.
